- I have all the rights to turn down a commission, without having to provide a reasoning for it
- I have the right to promote myself with the completed artwork, while crediting you as the commissioner
- Commissioned artworks can be used for non-commercial usage only
- Commissions are absolutely NOT allowed to be sold as NFTs, used as an AI prompt or anything of such nature
- Commission will take around 1 week to 3 months to finish depending on the complexity of the commission. Timeframe may increase OR decrease depending on my workload, studies, as well as my health
- All commissions will have a watermark and the customer is not allowed to ask for the watermark-free version. If the commission is posted, the watermark will be bigger to prevent others from using it
- Updates will include an initial sketch update, a finished sketch update, and a color update. After each update, I will expect a response from the customer for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests, the commissioner must still reply to let me know I can continue with the piece.PAYMENT
- Only upfront payment is accepted; via Paypal or a bank transfer (Polish clients)
- Customer will be sent an invoice via Paypal and must pay through there
- Commission will not be started until it is paid
- Refunds are not accepted - unless I'm unable to finish your commission - please be fully assured whether or not you would like to purchase a commission!ALTERATION REQUESTS
- Sketch may be altered for free, though if multiple changes are requested, there may be a fee depending on how severe the change is
- Once the sketch is colored, the customer will be charged extra for any requested alterations UNLESS it is a simple change (ex. skintone, etc)
